• Branding Point offers customized services including branding, design, advertising, marketing, and web development.
• Since these are customized and effort-based services, refund eligibility is limited.

• All projects require an advance payment before initiation.
• The advance confirms project booking and resource allocation.
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable.

• Before Work Starts: If cancelled before the project begins, a partial refund may be provided (minus administrative and consultation charges).
• After Work Starts: Once work has started, no full refund will be provided. Refunds, if any, will be based on the work completed.

• Work has not been started.
• Project is canceled at an early stage.
• Mutual agreement between client and Branding Point.

• Work has been completed or delivered.
• Client changes requirements after project start.
• Delays caused by the client.
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences.
• Services involving third-party costs (ads, tools, hosting, etc.).

• Payments are linked to specific deliverables.
• Refunds are only applicable to unused portions of the project.
• Completed milestones are non-refundable.

• We provide revisions as per the agreed scope.
• Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.
• Refunds will not be issued due to revision disagreements.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

• Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action.
